Cancellation requires a brief phone conversation with a Movo specialist. This lets us confirm your identity, review the status of your build, walk through your options under our written policy, and give you a clear answer in one call rather than a multi-day email thread.

Before you call — please know
  • Cancellation is not effective until Movo confirms it in writing after our call.
  • Requests within the 24-hour order-review period after order confirmation are typically approved with no fee.
  • After that window, cancellation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis given production status, materials committed, and applicable law. A partial refund may be possible.
  • If Movo cannot ship within the promised 45–60-day window, you may cancel for a full refund with no fee.
  • If you paid via Affirm: continue any scheduled Affirm payments until Movo confirms cancellation in writing. Any approved refund goes through the original Affirm transaction. Interest already paid may not be refundable.
