If it's not right, send it back.

We're confident you'll keep the chair. If you don't, we make sending it back painless.

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason. No questions, no restocking fee, no "but did you really use it" follow-up.

How to return

  1. Email team@movochair.com or call +1 224 255-3315.
  2. We schedule a pickup from your address. The original crate isn't required — we send packing materials.
  3. The chair ships back to us at our cost. You don't pay return shipping.
  4. Once received (typically 5–10 business days), we inspect and refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.

What we ask

The chair must be in reasonable returnable condition. Normal use is fine — wear marks, dirt, battery cycles. We will deduct for:

  • Major structural damage beyond normal use ($500–2,000 depending on severity)
  • Missing major components (battery, joystick, etc.)
  • Modifications that prevent resale

If you damaged the chair, please tell us upfront. We'd rather work with you than argue.

2-year comprehensive warranty

Every Movo X comes with a 2-year warranty starting on the delivery date. Covered:

What's not covered

  • Damage from misuse (e.g. using on stairs outside spec)
  • Damage from unauthorized modification
  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, fading)
  • Damage from water immersion (the chair is rain-rated, not submersible)

How warranty claims work

  1. Call or email — describe the issue, send photos or video if possible.
  2. Our specialist diagnoses (often by video call within an hour).
  3. For user-replaceable parts (battery, joystick, controller): we ship the part free with a video repair guide. 10–20 minute fix at home.
  4. For complex repairs: we send a prepaid shipping label, you ship the chair to our service center, turnaround 7–10 business days.
  5. If repair is impossible within 30 days, we replace the entire chair.

After 2 years

We sell replacement parts at cost (not our profit) and provide video repair guides. Out-of-warranty service at our facility is $95/hour plus parts. Extended warranty (3rd year) is available at purchase for $399 or within the first year for $499.
