What happens after you order.

Where we ship

Free shipping to the United States (50 states), Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. We do not currently ship to other countries. EU shipping (DE, FR, NL, etc.) is available on request with import duties paid at delivery — email team@movochair.com for a quote.

Delivery timeline

Every Movo X is built to order. The current timeline from purchase to delivery is approximately 45 days, broken down as:

Days 1–7Order confirmation, build slot assignment, onboarding call scheduled
Days 8–25Factory build (frame, drive system, battery)
Days 26–35Calibration, stair test, QA
Days 36–45Crating, freight to your country, last-mile carrier delivery

You'll get weekly status emails. If a delay is going to push past 45 days, we notify you immediately.

Delivery day

We schedule a 4-hour delivery window with you 48 hours before arrival. The crate weighs 105 lb — too heavy and too valuable to leave on a porch. The carrier brings it to your front door or garage; you do not need to lift anything. An adult must sign for it.

If it arrives damaged

Inspect the crate before signing. If you see visible damage:

  1. Refuse the delivery.
  2. Photograph the damage from multiple angles.
  3. Call us at +1 224 255-3315. We dispatch a replacement that day and handle the carrier insurance claim ourselves.

You will not be charged twice and you will not be stuck waiting on a freight insurance fight.

White-glove option

For an additional $300, we add a white-glove unboxing service: the carrier removes the crate from your home, unfolds the chair, and verifies the chair powers on before they leave. Select this at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email when the chair leaves the factory (around day 36). The link updates daily. If you don't see updates for 48 hours, email team@movochair.com and we'll chase it.
